It's interesting to note that Senator Ray Jones is a trial lawyer in Pikeville, Kentucky. Since going to Frankfort in 2001, every single piece of legislation he has introduced has been to benefit his law practice. He has a weekly radio program where he speaks about public policy and political issues, which is paid for by his law firm. In it, he solicits business, bashes conservative legislation and talks about his legal practice.
He has drawn opposition from Republican Chris Ratliff. He need to support him. You can contact me concerning his race.

Having worked with physicians and having many as friends for more than 25 years, it is my opinion that tort reform is the primary requirement for the beginning of ANY meaningful healthcare cahnges.
