Russert looked like yesterday's bad news. What a slouch.

The interview was reminiscent of the Diane Sorry-I-Saw-Her interview. They ask the same question 4 or 5 times in a row, sometimes not even bothering to rearrange the words.

When I saw Diane in the Whitehouse talking to the President like he was being interrogated for indecent public exposure, I wanted to pull her tongue out with pliers. I felt the same way when watching Russert.

What worries me, is that the dominant media culture has such a profound hatred for Bush, that Russert might indeed pale by comparison in the near future!
