We are improving the security for Pack bombs and other necessities to ensure that others don't get control of them. My understanding of the situation was that Musharrif had managed to break the bombs into two components (each), with the components stored in two distant locations, heavily guarded. Hopefully that's accurate, but if he gets coup'd, all bets are off.
