Also note the population has increased substantially. But King Daley does have to much say in this area, as I was a resident here a few years back. Also we should note that this guy is just a Democrat because if he was Republican he wouldn't be elected. I don't think Bush could campaign and win against a Daley here in Chicago. The political spectrum is very skewed.
