You did not like President Bush before or after the interview.I liked him before and after.I trust him.Why did you bother to listen?

Because he's the President. I listened to Clinton too. Liked him even less.

If we don't agree with 'em were not supposed to listen to them?

When was this rule written and why was I not informed beforehand?

And for the record, I liked Bush before the amnesty thing. I happen to think that bordered on treason and could not in good concious support him after that.

It sucks to be a one-issue voter, but I also wouldn't have voted for Hitler simply because of his stand on Judaism ... so call me shallow.

I guess you didn't notice. It was a proposal, not a Presidential edict. It did start a conversation where none was on the front burner.

I am appalled at what ranchers along the border and nearby towns are experiencing.I am sorry to lose your vote.

you are shallow indeed!! and a bit paranoid about this amnesty thing. Sheesh, certainly someone who is full of himself would know that the president had to bring up the subject--if not then the can gets kicked down the road and no one has tried to tackle the problem. Would you rather a democrat president tackle the immigration problem by granting amnesty to everyone or better the Bush plan which at least tries to have some order to the whole process.

It sucks to be a one-issue voter,

yes it does. but freedom, the market, education, healthcare and the like mean little if America is brought to her knees.

GW Is overall, fighting the good fight and has his priorities correct.

discussions of domestic and foriegn policy are worthless while underfire.

There are matters which I dont agree upon with the President but I am willing to shelve them as he is a remarkable leader.

I only wish that America could be as steadfast as our President.
