The President on Meet the Press. Interviewed by Tim Russet. I almost wanted to call the thread The Empire Strikes Back, but didn't want to imply Bush was the Dark Side, LoL!!!

Those of you in the eastern time zone please give us as much information as you can on the "Meet the Press" interview with GWB. Thank you in advance.

I have to wait until 11am to see The Interview - should I wait - or should I read Freeper comments of those who see it earlier? Decisions! Decisions!

I think (hope?) the interview went well. Otherwise, there would have been "leaked" sound bites harmful to the President all over the media by now.

We have Dish network, and don't get the broadcast networks -- please keep us posted.

Believe it or not, I stopped watching the shows some time ago because of this thread, and, of course, we started going back to Church after 9/11. MTP comes on at 8:00 here and Church isn't until 9:30, so I will both watch and post this morning.

I heard it's GOOD. The democrats would have leaked had Russert trumped our honest President Bush. Last night AOL was quoting a British newspaper, who claimed POTUS took command of the interview.

HGC, I hate to do that, because the times the shows are run is left up to the local affiliates. The times you listed are NOT the same where I live, for example.
