You can't blame the house's inabilty to appoint judges on Bush, he nominated them. You can't blame bush for the dems dirty tricks. He recessed appointed Pickering. He's at least trying to work within the constitutional established rule of law. As are republicans in general. We are trying to work within the established rules laid out. Do you want Bush to run roughshod over the country ala Clinton? Is that what you really want? A dictator? All you puritans need to wake up and realize, Bush is trying to run the country as established by our founding fathers. Look at history. It's not going to happen in only two years after 71 years of control. Wake up and realize, bush can not wave a magic wand and make it all better in one term. Thank God our founding fathers knew this, because if bush can do a drastic change in 4 years so could have Roosevelt, or Carter, or Clinton.

Save your fingers for later...instead of looking for sardine cans for the Bush's...RLK has been sent to the cricket can where we will hear from him next.

Wake up and realize, bush can not wave a magic wand and make it all better in one term. It's very important not to lose sight of your very insightful statement.
For those of you still around in previous discussions, remember the importance of taking back the country through "incrementalism". Short of a revolution, which would probably be betrayed, incrementalism is what probably would, and DOES seem to be, working.
