Wouldn't want the rest of the forum to think I am 100% series, 100% of the time. That'd be quite a hugh scandal.

Right now, all your everything belong to me. And, to be honest, I'm feelin' pretty good about it ...

I think it's pretty clear, that you don't get it rather points up the problem. If the average citizen has reading comprehension problems, what chance do they have of understanding the importance of being a Constitutional Republic?

No, but I imagine if I sat in the same room with you, your effect on me would be very much like that of a black hole. Tell me, did you go all the way back to the last grade you graduated from for that response? It was the third grade, right?
You asked me a Stupid Question so I just assumed you were stupid. I just wanted to know for how long.

BTW I have probably forgotten more than you will ever be capable of knowing. Obviously Physics is not your strong suit.

If you call killing an already wounded enemy just to take a souvenir "valor" then you are easily impressed.

If you call that lie about Kerry a fact instead of a viscious political attack on a true combat veteran then you are easily taken in. And have very little respect for the military service and fellow combatants who would not speak out against it if it had actually happened.

Things like that certainly did happen in Vietnam. But they were exceedingly rare and almost never went unpunished. Especially if an Officer was involved. Someone would have squealed just to get revenge for his being an Officer. And I expect I am less easily impressed than most here.

Doesn't it strike you as at all strange that so many Vietnam combat Vets turn out to be traitorous, bloody handed, seditious Commie Pinko's? With no honor or loyalty toward our country?

But are only "outed" as such after they oppose George W. Bush? Of course that's all a coincidence.

None of that matters. I'm sorry to say it, but elections are won with soundbites and not dissertations. Perhaps that's why we find oursevles in the jam were in right now because too many 'citizens' are shallower than Jane Fonda, if that's at all possible.

Thanks! I've actually been following FR since I was 13. For all this time, I've been lurking, posting, and reading all these things. Now I can actually VOTE my mind and not just speak it!

They make far more " noise " than their numbers, here, would usually imply. But, at least here,vis-a-vis the REAL world, they have companions in arms; so to speak. They are a lonely bunch; outsiders, complainers, armchair experts on everything and knowledgable about nothing.

No, all of their rantings don't change the fact that NOT voting for President Bush, IS a vote for Kerry.

There was a thread here earlier today that mentions this movement and I am aware of it through my old unit buddies.

Kerry is in for some serious payback from all of us. Just read his first book "Veterans Against the War" for yourself, some of the trash he said and did after he returned is purely Marxist and belongs in the "manifesto" category.

I'm from Pittsburgh and we recognize Kerry's wife (er, second wife) as being a rich b**** left-wing Democrat Krazy who supports all the nutty causes. Imagining her as 1st Lady...yikes!

I cast my first vote for Ronald Wilson Reagan in 1980, Much like you will this November, I voted for a great man.

These domestic issues are not what makes a great leader, what makes a great leader is how he handles the challenges he faces, and this President has handled the challenges he has faced in the past three years so well that I believe the Historians will be very kind to George W. Bush. There isn't a Dictator on this planet that isn't worried about George W. Bush coming to free their people. Much like Ronald Reagan won the "Cold War", George W. Bush is going to win the War on Terrorism and in the process he will free more people from Tyranny than any other President in History

Let me put it in context for you.

The Naco Corridor is only 20 miles of the border. Last year the Border Patrol apprehended 95,087 illegal aliens here. The local agents claim they're lucky to get on in five. That means about 380,000 made it through here safely.

If you toss in the other two Border Patrol stations in this county the numbers almost double: 175,000 snagged and about 700,000 gotaways.

Do you want to imagine the damage caused by those numbers?

I have a hell of a lot more respect for veterans than John Kerry has. Kerry killed a lot of kids by coming back here and joining up with Fonda calling those he left behind psychotic killers. George C. Patton called him a traitor.
