You're so set in your hatred for Keyes, and me, and conservatives, that it wouldn't matter what I said.

I don't hate you or Keyes. I said that 4 million religious conservatives sat out the 2000 race and that group made up the bulk of Keyes' primary support. You said that the Keyes operation, that you headed, got out millions to vote for Bush. If those 4 million that sat at home added to your "millions" then Bush would have had a landslide victory. Something does not add up.

Most of the country calls themselves evangelical Christians when polled. Half the population stays home in any election. Those are phony numbers ginned up to slam conservatives.

I have to stop myself periodically and come back to the realization that you are just a crusty contrarian, and not a strategist for the party.

If Rove had a shot at you and all of your buddies around here who seem to be on a mission to alienate conservatives, on America's premiere conservative website, he would probably wring your neck.

It saddens me that Jim, while rightfully reining in the Bush-bashers for the sake of keeping our country out of the hands of the treasonous RATs, is seemingly slow to rein in you conservative-bashers. You're doing more damage than any of them could ever dream of. It is a shame that such a fine establishment as FR is being used as such a platform.

I'm praying for a miracle... that it will stop.
