Just got done reading that Miranda story, and it illustrates just how gutless the Congressional Republicans are, when they have the dirt on the Dems, they don't do a thing with it. They could have busted the Democratic strategy going back to 2000 and probaably ahead to 2008 wide open had they pursued it. But they didn't. Oh well.
