My point was fairly simple. Wouldn't you first like to know who was and who was not a terrorist before you applied your solution? Hence the observation, which detainees are terrorist and which are not, and who decides?
Listen I didn't start this thread to get in a debate with anyone. It was meant for ribald humor in the main. That said I am 100% ready to let the military tribunals sort it out and apply the adjudicated remedy.
