And that was in a game against Canada on Thursday before just 1,500 people.
A game Tuesday in neighboring Guadalajara will determine whether the U.S. under-23 soccer team heads to the Athens Games.
"This is what it is all about," coach Glenn Myernick said. "You are 90 minutes away from being in the Olympics."

Umm, when England plays Ireland, Ireland is the "enemy." It seems we're the enemy even when Mexico is just watching. That says a lot. When I see the Brits cheering Osama at a US-Canada game, I'll be sure to call for London to be bombed. For now, we know who our enemies are:
China
France
North Korea
Iran
Mexico
The Wahabbi States

because it will be brought up again as a non-sequiter. You brought it on yourself. You make broad generalizations based on one post. Quit making excuses for lawbreakers. Whether you like it or not, it is illegal to hop the fence to come here. Either work to change the law, or quit saying you focus your anger on ALL criminals. ILLEGAL ALIENS ARE CRIMINALS!!!!!! WAKE UP!

Yeah it only took you a couple of tries. And yet the accuracy is undisputable. You crave abuse like a moth craves flame. ;^)

That the common Mexican is cheering for the terrorists should be no surprise. And the English soccer hooligan is the epitomie of the common English person, correct, according to your logic.

I think the reason that the MLS (and soccer in general) in the US has a problem is because of the marketing.A corrolary to that has been the fact that, dating back to the NASL, most of the star players were foreigners with unpronounceable names who spoke limited English. It's still that way to an extent. It may not be entirely fair, but that's the perception.
I often wonder if the NHL is doomed to that same problem.

Oh my, Mexican soccer fans chant "Osama" when the US team wins.
Now only 15% of Canadians will vote for Bush. Is the sky falling yet?
More Drudge sensasionalism.
Canadians demonstrate against Bush

"people who cross the border to clean toilets and wash dishes are worse criminals than a 37 year old guy named Smith who is charged with killing a 11 year old girl."
You starting to sound more and more like a closet liberal. You defend the illegals and get all worked up if someone speaks ill of any minority. To make a statement like that is total idiocy. Humboldtconservative never said anything remotely close to that. You have just proven that you do not contribute anything of merit on FR.

Either work to change the law, or quit saying you focus your anger on ALL criminals. ILLEGAL ALIENS ARE CRIMINALS!!!!!! WAKE UP I have woken up. I don't consider people who are cleaning toilets for a living as the same type of violent criminal as OJ or that Smith guy in Florida.
You do.

"Maybe it is time for a minefield and machine gun nests on the border." No, just beat up some Doberman Pinchers so they get big and nasty and let them roam around the border. That's what my father said they did in WW2 before sending them over the NAZI lines:):)

It is NOT uncommon to find tee shirts of Osama Bin Laden, and pictures of George W. Bush, dressed in an Arabic Head piece with the title WORLDS NUMBER ONE TERROIST here in Mexico. Some buses display SADDAM HOORAH signs. So it is in MEXICO. Their Vicente refused to go to war against Saddam and Iraq. So, at a soccer game, some of the fans thought they would get a little attention. They did. THIS attitude does not reflect rank and file Mexicans, but the element does exist. I met a kid named LENIN, 8 years old yesterday in Guerrero, Mexico.

What would you call them, if not criminals?

I thought it was at the LA Mausoleum, you know, where the Oakland Traitors used to, ummm, play.

The Mexican crowd chanted "Osama! Osama! Osama!" as U.S. players left the field with a 2-0 victory.

I don't consider people who are cleaning toilets for a living as the same type of violent criminal as OJ or that Smith guy in Florida. I suspect you do terrible things to your toilet. Getting it clean (and for cheap!) seems to rank high on your list of priorities.

It's where he gets his daily fix of negative attention and abuse.

http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=31846 I stand corrected, it was last April. I assure you that hundreds of Canadian and American youth sporting teams from mites to college players interface annually without incident. The treatment these youngsters recieved in Quebec was a National embarassment.
