Since you won't fight for your country or countrymen why don't you sit down, shut up, read a few hundred posts, keep and open mind and you MIGHT learn something. In the mean time, sleep well with the knowledge that there are several hundred thousand very brave soldiers between you and any real danger. They don't care about your politics or how much you hate your country for that matter, they just want you to be free.

That's all fine and dandy while there's no immediate threat.
But say for example that your family is in direct threat by a bad guy who wants you dead and your wife and daughter under his not so tender mercies?
And the only thing that would keep them from being raped and you dead would be to shoot the bad guy?
Your sanctimonious phony religiosity would drop away pretty quickly in reality.
You say that you'll risk your life for your country, and yet you will not kill..

Something here doesn't belong.
I served this country in uniform, and had a Jehovah's Witness tell me that I was wrong to defend her rights.
So I told her that I'll kick over her diningroom table and kill any bad guy stupid enough to come up the hill while she says that I should just let them kill her while she cowers in subservience to them because I'd defend her right to tell me I'm wrong to defend her right to tell me I'm wrong.
