Presiding Bishop Frank Griswold has defended the election, proclaiming that the Bible does not condemn homosexual acts. "Discreet acts of homosexuality" were condemned only because they involved lust instead of the "love, forgiveness and grace" of homosexual relationships, argues Griswold

And what part of:

If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
Leviticus 20:13
does he think is not a condemnation of homosexuality?

The only thinking he does is to find convoluted rebuttals to the plain meaning of the scriptures.

He has nothing but sophistry. And hypocrisy.

Believe it or not "gay Christians" claim this passage prohibits homosexuality as part of idol worship, because the passage mentions idol worship as well.

Then they bring up the prohibitions against "shell fish", mixing fibers etc. and demand that those who claim homosexuality is a sin also consider these sins.

I have debated "gay Christians" for years and know their arguments inside and out.
They an are incredibly deceived group of people.
