The emergency will be orchestrated by the Demonic Rats and their media by using fear of diminished public safety. In LA there are radio messages given as news that the LA County Sheriff's Department is short nearly 300 million dollars from funds owed by the state and cuts will have to be made soon!

There will be an editorial every day pointing out how dangerous this is and Arnold and the radical right is costing lives!
