It's good that Smith didn't talk. He & his lawyer would've tried to bargain life without parole rather than the death penalty in exchange for saying where Carlie was.

There will be no plea bargain now. The Sarasota DA will never go for it. I want to start a movement to impeach that judge that set this animal free.
