Lincoln Diaz-Balart is going to get a contribution for defending Bush's plan. I'm also going to see about upping my level of political contributions to other Republicans who back Bush's plan.

I want to know if honest debate about immigration is welcome, or if the Tancredo-Malkin line on that issue is going to be for Free Republic what "abortion rights" are for Democratic Presidential candidates: A litmus test.

I'm beginning to suspect it the latter is becoming the case, and I'm not sure I like it.

You are 100% correct in your post #195. I've blasted Dane with the REAL facts, yet he just continues repeating lies like "taking jobs that Americans don't want".......What a freakin' waste of bandwidth....

REAL businesses are dropping like flies in my state....due to the influx of illegals....the only businesses who are benifitting from this influx now are Law businesses....

American Citizens, who chose to obey laws and hire other American Citizens are being driven out of business at an alarming rate....Danes "solution" is to $hit all over these Americans and say, "to hell with you"...we'll make illegals, legals...well, some Americans Don't like living 15 to a house and working for 4 bucks an hour!!!

I can't say enough how proud I have been of you for all the events you have organised and been a part of over the years. You sure got to Gore. Angelwood is another one. And It makes me feel really great to see you defending the very principles that led you to fight in the first place. The ones who are fighting you now are real heartbreakers.
