Hi Mayor. Are you getting pounded by the weather again? Schools closed here today. Saw a report in one of the CNY papers yesterday said January was coldest in a long time and records in many places throughout the state. But on the positive side, Spring is coming. That wonderful time when our part of the *globe* (pc for world) warms again. ;)
