its the same "story" and information we had in December, I don't think its anything different. It just that when this whole AQ Khan thing broke, people just roll that information along in with everything else, and make the threat seem greater. recall what this thread was like regarding the 2-2 to 2-4 timeframe, now it seems that 2-21 is the new deadline.
