Ditto.

Sounds like it might be a wee bit over the heads of the metrosexual public, though.

Pretty good testimony here.

Awesome testimony.

The events depicted by the Bible (God is love, birth and death of a personal Savior) truly are beyond human comprehension. I am sooooo glad that Gibson's movie includes the resurrection, because THAT is what makes Christianity.

When I learned the details of the type of death he suffered years ago, I was shattered. I don't know that I could bear to see a film of it.

That makes two of us.

I am hoping that I can watch it when it comes out on video, which will allow me to stop it and breathe when it gets too intense.

I have difficulty just reading the Scriptures where they describe what He suffered for me.

I underdstand what you are saying. I know that I want to see this movie however, when I simply read detailed experiences such as these I weep. I hope that I will be able to sit through it when I do see it.

Jody Dean himself is a testimony to Christ - on the air, and off. He (and some of his fellow anchors) are the only reasons I will tune in to CBS for news!!

Our pastor mentioned that there were TWO Christian movies coming out this month. Does anyone know what the other one is?

I believe it behooves every Christian to go see this movie if at all possible. MILLIONS of us supporting this project and Mel Gibson should be a strong testimony to those who have persecuted him ever since this project was announced. There are times when it's important to stand up and be counted.
