Those unilateral bastards!! Couldn't they have sent a multi-fraternity group out to talk to the raccoon? Ask him his intentions? This sort of violence is not the way to discourage other raccoons. It's just going to make more raccoons mad at the fraternity and cause escalated trash can foraging!
