The media sweeps in this area announced their big news scoop for February last year as the ~Driving While Black~ investigation. February came and went and nothing more was said on television. Another month went by and they 'fessed up in the newspaper article that they put a young black man, part of their news team, in a very high end Mercedes and had him drive all over the cities and on the interstate and not once did he get pulled. They didn't get any story at all.

Could be that things have changed with time.

I think it has. Oddly, when I am driving on the highway and I am passed by someone driving a high rate of speed, they are almost always black.
