If he's serious?

He brought it up in his SOTU Address. And that still didn't stop an anti-Bush type to state on a thread the other day that the president has never endorsed a Constitutional Amendment for marriage, when he had just done so in the most public way imaginable.

And here he comes again with a plain spoken statement, and some say "if he's serious".

Yes. He's serious.

I find it funny that these people who ask if he's serious or say that his words are cheap. Seem to jump the gun on the mere speculation of an immigrant program. Some people just thrive off of redmeat I guess.

Yes, if he's serious, he needs to stop talking and do everything he can to get the amendment rolling. Perhaps just talking about things convinces you--not me, especially when a politician is doing the talking.

You can never please these Bush Bashers, cync. They've become blind, deaf and, IMHO, dumb!
