I was identifying a group of people "taxpayers" who generally have rights in the country. You can say adults or citizens or whatever. If someone is paying to support the government they should receieve the same legal protection or benefit as the next guy when it comes our our "sacred institutions."

Why do they have rights? They're not doing anything for anyone. They just feed.
Homos may pay taxes, but just enough to pay for their own AIDs funding. How does that help the rest of us? They feed, too!
