Beware this is a large image 9 mb. But underneath the "Rock Outcrop" about 3 quarters the way down in the dirt is an interesting looking thingy. It's looks like two fingers raised in the peace sign coming out of the dirt.

That's interesting. notice the shadow? I expected this to be a rock poking out of the ground, with dirt covering it a bit. It's something else.

That settles it, then. The mission to Mars is a fake, being acted out on a Hollywood soundstage. The Moon Conspiracy Theorists are correct. Show's over.

WAIT! Somebody said it was Michael Jackson's glove, it's really OJ's glove. He went back to the Capricorn One soundstage to drop it off.

The official color picture on JPL's website still shows the little beastie.

I am very, very curious myself. It doesn't look like a normal break pattern for a rock, and it looks too jagged (organic?) to be something ejected from the lander, so it is anomalous.

Yes, I thought it was a rock w/ sand covering it too until I saw the shadow.
Very anomalous indeed!
