Hunters say the first requirement is pretty much impossible; it is wild game, after all. And the second would be prohibitively expensive and time-consuming.

Sounds like the perfect scenario for government parasites to meddle in. Especially EUnichs.

That would go hand in hand with their law regarding the curveature of bananas and cucumbers as well as the redness of apples. They create so many laws that they run out of money just trying to enforce them.(it is expensive)
They have become so silly and soon totally irrevelant.
