According to state newspapers this afternoon, SC Dems had record turnout - could it be the Reps voting too? hmmmm. ;)
I think there maybe surprises in SC. Yes, Edwards will win, but not by the large margin they were polling yesterday before the Dems dropped the "oath" thing. Because of that, I think they got more Reps voting to mix the election up. I know alot of ppl that voted today for Sharpton that weren't going to vote as of yesterday. My prediction is Sharpton gets around 20% of the vote.

Yup. The inds and pubbies are voting heavy in South Carolina (I wish Florida has an open primary, sigh). The South hates Kerry type candidates so we'll do our part to screw the demorats at the convention. Now we just need Michigan or California to do the same and we'll get a brokered convention. I want a 4 way split with Dean, Edwards, Clark and Kerry. Riot police going nuts in Boston. Kennedy family members getting DUIs. I want entertaining television. NO MORE BORING SUMMER RERUNS!!!!!

Sharpton's my man simply because the others can't touch him without the race card being played!

By convention time it'll be Hillary and Congressman Ford. Ford's young, black and articulate and she needs someone / minority to get the people back on the plantation and Sharpton isn't going to help her with that. Sharpton blames the Clintons for wrecking their party.
