Thanks for the ping. This was an explosive deposition and Dr. Walker certainly corroborates a strong possibility that Terri's injuries were caused by physical battery.
Ms. Anderson did a very good job here, and Mr. Swope appears to have been outclassed and outflanked. By the way, isn't Shiavo's attorney Swope the same attorney who was originally a police officer in Pinellas County at the time of Terri's "collapse" and admittance to the hospital? If I recall correctly, he was under Sheriff Rice at the time, the same Rice who was on the board of directors at the Hospice with Felos?
