These people don't need the city council and the base commander to talk nice and kiss up to them, these people need some good old-fashioned thump therapy. An "accidental" low-level fuel dump or two during an outdoor barbeque might be fun. Give the steaks that nice, bracing taste of kerosene.

Hill AFB occasionally gets B-1 bombers flying exercises. Instead of doing a regular climb-out, I'd like to see those B-1s buzz their houses at 50 feet in full afterburner. I'll bet they wouldn't gripe about the F-16s anymore.
