There are a lot of things we've never heard before.
Put yourself in the position of an influential person living in a foreign country like Indonesia, Iran, El Salvador, etc. -- and imagine that most of the Americans you meet who are acting in some government capacity are the types of dysfunctional, Marxist banshees that this government sends to represent this country at events like the U.N. Conference for Women. I'm sure you would hold a pretty dim view of the United States.

Timberlake has one problem with his story: The MOMENT he came off the stage he was interviewed by that guy from Entertainment Tonight (they aired it yesterday) and he said, "We're Just Giving Them Something To Talk About." That was his quote exactly. Everyone they spoke with seemed to have expected it. So to blame this on an accident is, frankly, insulting.

Ten years from now a similar lowlife like Timberlake will expose himself during the halftime show as a similar lowlife like Jackson will perform fellatio on him. It will be defended later as either teaching young girls necessary sex education, or an oral malfunction!
To: Hildy
They played Timberlake's comment on Access Hollywood: Timber turns to the camera, smiles and says, "We just love giving you something to talk about." Wonder if he wants freedom fries with his crowburger.

I told my daughter something similar at lunch today. You can bet on it.

When something unfortunate like this happens while the kids are watching it's a good time to explain to the kids why you find this behavior silly, stupid, bad, inappropriate. Tell the kids this is what happens when a performer has to resort to shock tactics to compensate for not having enough talent to entertain. Help the kids develop their critical faculties because in this culture they will certainly need those skills. I don't see how you can have a TV in the house unless you're willing to do this on a regular basis.

I did send McDonald's an email. They thanked me and promised to get back to me. We'll see. This sounds like an excellent approach. What's the e-mail address.
To: Doc Savage
We're sliding rapidly in that direction--or lower.
To: madprof98
There is a comment form on the McDonald's website, but it refuses to load. In fact, once you call it up, the only way to get rid of it is to shut down the web browser altogether. I wonder if they're getting quite a few comments . . .

Lots of things have shifted since W took office. Clinton made a joke of the Oval Office; conservatives are trying to re-set the moral tone of this country. Keep the momentum going.Yeah, the President's praise of Ozzy Osbourne a couple of years ago must have been part of that "re-set[ting of] the moral tone of this country." You know, I think I've heard enough RNC talking points on "moral renewal" and about how "the adults are in charge," to last a lifetime.
To speak of conservatives in any substantive sense, is to talk of people who are presently out in the cold. In the Bush White House, "moral renewal" is just another pork barrel program.

It looked like a breast to me. A breast is a breast is a breast.
Morally speaking, when it comes to delivering that breast into hundreds the homes of millions of children at 8:30 P.M. on network TV, yes. Aesthetically speaking, no. All breasts are not created equal.

You miss the whole point -- go back to 4 where a stilted passege from the article is quoted.
The comment is a play on words, humor inuendo.
Then follow the posts
Get it now ??
PS - you're right, not all breasts are created equal, very good.
To: mrustow
Guess it depends on one's perspective. It just looks a lot better to me.

I suppose that sort of judgment is best left in the eye of the beholder. Or a check of appropriate medical records.

Ah...another person who has already forgotten the reign of President Toon.
Any planes with inconvenient officials crashing into mountains lately?
Any projectile-delivered samples of Dubya's DNA floting about on the help's clothing?
Anybody coming out to say, "The President raped me"?
Any bodies lying around Ft. Marcy Park this year?
I'll quit now, otherwise I'll be here all day.
