Is anyone familiar with W&M affirmative action policies? Let me play devil's advocate: when I look at their admissions form, I see that it DOES provide a space for people to specify race/ethnicity. However, this space is voluntary. Could W&M thus argue that their admissions is color-blind? I guess an important question would be the percentage of people that answer this question, and of that number, the racial breakdown.
