First thought is, 'How the Hell is murdering an alive unborn child an act of reproduction since the alive child is irrefutable evidence that reproducing has already happened!' The second thing that occurs to the normal mind is, 'The Center For Reproductive Rights believes murder is a reproductive right for women only, thus the request to set this law aside is founded on discriminatory law and the judge is out of order!' But then, the democrat party has aborted rational common law. Daschle and hatellary must be proud, not to mention the glee in Schumer, Leahy, and fat Teddy!
