correction...a lady at the courthouse who knows my boss called and said he was in shackles. If true, then no one at the courthouse saw or heard this guy with his shackles on, walking out of the courthouse?

Yea, on the news they gave a description: Short, caucasion man wearing a white shirt, gray pants and SHACKLES. I kid you not.

What puzzles me about this case is that 3 boys (one being Stephanie's brother) confessed to the murder.
I know they have backed away from that, but why in the world would you confess to a murder you did not commit? THREE boys, not just one, three!

And last seen at 2nd and Ash...straight towards Balboa Park where he can hideout with all the other transients.

No they're saying NO SHACKLES. So the idiots at the court building removed his shackles so he could eat and then didn't watch him. Do you think anyone will lose their job over this? Probably not.

There's a lot of people who, like you, find this whole case bizarre. I'm one of them because I don't see how you can separate three boys, and make all of them say the same thing.

Exactly! I have grave doubts that Tuite did it. I find he's pitiable, a man with a fried brain (drugs?), and schizophrenic. And all they found to link him to this crime was a tiny drop of her blood. If he was involved, I think he had help from the 3 who confessed. I could be wrong, but I just have a feeling about this.
