November is a long way from now. By that time, conservatives will be so much in panic mode that they will be praising Dubya to the rafters.

Remember Bush Sr. saying he believed in "flexible" spending limits (where one dept grows and the other shrinks,etc) ? Funny stuff.
You're right, talk is cheap and Dubya was/is utterly profligate, spending-wise, even in areas he neednt be : agriculture, commerce, HUD, etc. Not a single veto in over 3 yrs! Shameful.
