I liked the top ten (though I had seen the Earnhardt ad before). What did you think?
Just damn.
If you want on the list, FReepmail me. This IS a high-volume PING list...

Most of the commercials seemed juvenile in content. It seems that last year's were better.
The AOL commercials featuring the Teutels from OCC, were humorous, though.

I would have put the farting horse MUCH lower (like right down there with the anti-smoking ad) and replaced it with the Simpsons ad.

I really don't remember a single one, except for the bear buying pepsi(it was kinda funny)and the one I found to be one of the funniest commercials ever.
The idea of a talking Willie Nelson doll giving tax advice had me in tears. More importantly for the advertiser, I remember that it was an H+R Block ad.

Am I missing it, or is the MoveOn.org ad not mentioned in either the article or the list of ads below it? It was definitely on the broadcast.

Well, if you ask me, I thought CBS's saturation advertising campaign for their lame shows was far and away the best.

While viewers loved the animal ads, some were curious about what happens to the animals after the ads, especially because the animals were often the stars. "Hopefully, some of the proceeds go to food and medicines for animals," says Robert Hill, 44, a retired nurse from Tampa.BARF ALERT! BARF ALERT!

Most radio stations in mountain-country Colorado carry incessant ads for a 'Master Bait & Tackle', whost corporate name is repeated at least half a dozen times during a 30 second spot.
'Dumbing Down' does get irritating.
