Not to worry...phil is WRONG this time. (Despite what the propaganda reports he HAS been wrong before!)
In any case I assure you it's going to be a (fairly)early spring. The creatures living in the walls and basement of my house have been stirring for a couple of weeks. A sure sign spring...or at least warmer weather is soon to be here.
