Just noticed that the date of this order on the court docket was the 30th - Isn't that the same day Rush released his hoard of minions for the e-mail flood ?
I wonder if this was something fortelling doom - and he needed a splash to cover it up ?

I really thing something funny is going on with that court docket entry -
From what I can gather, this writ is what tells the judge who they are, who they are fighting, what about, what they want, and why they think he has the authority to give it to him.
In a normal case, it would make sense to file this soon after getting your appeal on the docket, so the case can be completed swiftly - to have the JUDGE finally have to ORDER them to provide it, it appears that BLACK is the one causing all the delay.
I could be 100% off on this, but the silence by the Limbaugh hotshot legal-type defenders here is deafening.

Nice work!
I think Rush has said on-air that he's innocent of everything.
Hmmm... whom should I believe... him or the desperate leftist media?

Everybody knows that a drug-user never lies about his actions... (sarcasm off)

hypocrite
n : a person who professes beliefs and opinions that they do not hold [syn: dissembler, phony, phoney]
I was a Limbaugh ditto-head for years, but finally realized that I already heard every thing he was saying, on FR and WND, plus other good sources. I even was able to form my own opinions... without listening to the MajaRushie......
hmmm, he is still a conservative, and idolized by many, but no longer by this conservative... (didn't Scott Peterson plea "not guilty"?)

We ALL know this is a POLITICAL witchunt. We ALL know that the Rice interrogation was a political partisan kangaroo court. It's the media that refuses to admit ANY of this.

I like Rush, but he is a hypocrite.
Lately, I sense his life is full of demons.
Not just the drug thing.
I sense real problems in his personal life.
Divorce is the next shoe to drop for Rush.
Sad!
To: Bluntpoint
Lately, I sense his life is full of demons.. We all have personal demons, mine is liberals. The ray I hope I have (like RUSH) is that they are a self destructing dying breed!
