Why couldn't they just have Beyonce sing. Her National Anthem was great...anyone else agree?

I sure do. Do they think that MEN with FAMILIES want their kids seeing crap like that?

I agree, I thought she was starting to break into her "mojo" stuff, but she did a nice job!

I didn't see either one. Why can't they ever have Caucasian-Americans perform at the Super Bowl, or at any nationally televised sporting event?

I thought Beyonce's rendition of the National Anthem was deplorable. Then again this is a sporting event, and any entertainer singing the National Anthem will murder it with high falsetto.

Her National Anthem was great...anyone else agree? Aside from the 45 minutes it took to sing, it was fine.

NO. I'm tired of all the "warbling" of our National Anthem. I want it sung as written without all the extra moaning with every vowel. Too bad, too, because this girl has a nice voice; she just doesn't know how to use it.

YES....I did enjoy the National Anthem sung by Beyonce...it WAS great. She could have done an entire UPLIFTING halftime show and we would have watched. As it was, luckily, my 10 year old grandson said, when halftime hit....Bampa...let's go tie some flys....and thankfully they did!
