It's not a question on whether woman's breasts are ugly -- it's a question about whether it's appropriate to have a naked breast on American broadcast TV

Would it be appropriate to see a naked male chest? What's the difference? I know I've seen bare chested men at football games.

It's a double standard. If anything, the naked female chest is much less offending than the naked overweight torso of some hairy football fan.
