Oregon has a law that anywhere a man can take off his top, a woman can also. Oregon also has strong protection of the right to nurse in public most anywhere. & I'll be surprised if your state doesn't have similar laws.

How inaccurate. It's not just a "bare breast" with no context. It's put in context of a writhing pelvic-grinding simulated-sex display in a song where the lyrics say "I'm gonna have you naked by the end of this song" , the dweeb rips off her clothing to expose "just a breast" to shock and sexually excite unsuspecting children in prime time.

It's more than "just a breast."

But then you have to have a sense of decency to recognize that.
