George Soros is using millions to defeat George Bush from his so-called foundations (below). It is critical to note that none of Soros' foundations are US-based. Under US campaign laws, it is illegal to influence an election through the use of monies from foreign countries.

While George Soros is a United States citizen (residing in suburban New York), Soros must comply with FEC campaign spending limits........which are limited to $2000 a
person........unless the donor is a corporate sponsor.

However, George Soros does not own any American corporations.

Soros is chairman of the Open Society Institute (OSI) and the founder of a network of so-called philanthropic organizations that are active in more than 50 countries (and which give Soros cover to launch his currency scams
and government coups). Soros is based primarily in Central and Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union but also in Africa, Latin America, and Asia.

Soros foundations are autonomous institutions established in particular countries or regions to supposedly initiate and support Soros' Open Society activities. The priorities and specific activities of each Soros foundation
are determined by a local board of directors and staff in consultation with George Soros and OSI boards and advisors. In addition to support from the Open Society Institute, many of the foundations receive funding from other
sources.

Soros foundations consist of national foundations in 29 countries, foundations in Kosovo and Montenegro, and two regional foundations, the Open Society Initiative for Southern Africa (OSISA) and the Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA). OSISA and OSIWA, which are governed by their own boards of directors and staffs from the region, make grants in a total of 27 African countries.

Below are all of the Soros foundations, arranged alphabetically by country or area.

Albania: Open Society Foundation for Albania

Armenia: Open Society Institute Assistance Foundation?Armenia

Azerbaijan: Open Society Institute Assistance Foundation?Azerbaijan

Bosnia and Herzegovina: Open Society Fund?Bosnia and Herzegovina

Bulgaria: Open Society Foundation?Sofia

George Soros made his money by destroying currencies, governments and presidents he doesn't like. He's set his sites on President Bush and has already given the Democrats $15 million dollars.

We need to ask why the people of Eastern Europe are supporting the Democrat party?

Campaign contributions from foreign sources are illegal. Why is Soros allowed to openly break the law, and even flaunt his law-breaking on network television? Why is Soros permitted to break the law? Why isn't George Soros being prosecuted?

Thanks for the addresses - I have written all three you posted. Your post is being sent to all on my list.

George Soros is a menace and a dangerous one with his marauding tactics to intimidate America’s financial market. The Democratic Party is flirting with the sword of Damocles and Soros is manipulating them like puppets on strings. Soros wants only the financial freedom he enjoyed under the lose Clinton/Gore Administration – self gain. His "hatred" of President Bush is because his playgrounds have dried up under the proper more restrictive laws of the Bush administration.

Liz, some great documentation in your reply.

Since early last year, Soros headed an attack on the US $ versus the Euro. It started before the Iraqi war and was racheted up after we started bombing.

Later he admitted to this tactic and supposedly stopped. I doubt that.

Soros got the Iranians to go from being paid with $'s for their oil to the Euro. That created/creates more demand for the Euro and less for the $.

We need to have the data on Soros ready to use with friends and to pound the left wing editors and publishers of the fish wraps in our areas.

It may be a little early with the short memories of the so called moderate voters. That is the group we need to impact.

What I have been doing with my local fishwrap is warning them that they had better have some investigative articles about $oreA$$ in their rag.

Then, I send them links to the various article/threads and tell them to ignore the reality of Soros is not in their best interest. To do so will result in more loss of readership with their conservatives readers and a wonder why not with the moderates.

It comes as no amazement that the lapdog newsmedia refuses to expose Sauros (sic) as a major drugpusher. He's pushing for the democrats because he believes they'll back down in the war against Dope, Inc.

Ahhh, so he's more of a whore than a socialist. Is that the deal? I figured him as more of a socialism because of his support of Russia. Either way, he's scum.

George Soros is the muscle behind Move On.org
Who is George Soros?
Occupation: International currency speculator
Net worth: $11,000,000,000 ( Billion )
(Some put it at 7 billion)

Mr. Soros has contributed over $5 million dollars to Move On. org

Brief background:
Convicted of insider trading in 2002. In 1992, he broke the English Pound. In 1997, he destroyed the Asian Markets by wrecking Thailand and Malaysia’s currencies.

1947 Leaves Hungary for Britain to attend London School of Economics.

1956 Moves to United States.

1969 Establishes Quantum Fund, and dabbles in currency manipulation. Average return of that fund is an astonishing 35% per year, since its inception.

1979 Establishes Open Society Fund, New York City.

16 Sep 1992 In a brazen act of currency speculation, places a hedge bet that the UK will devalue the Pound Sterling. In September this nets him $1B in a single day.

1995 Appointed director, Council on Foreign Relations.

1997 Attacks the currencies of Thailand and Malaysia. A Thai source said: "We regard George Soros as a kind of Dracula. He sucks blood from the people." [Heather Coffin, Covert Action Quarterly.]

2002 Convicted of insider trading, with regards to the stock of a French bank in 1988. Fined $2M.

Nov 2002 Soros is the primary sponsor of Nevada's ballot initiative to legalize marijuana.

12 Sep 2003 "If you impose morality on [business], it means that you are actually with your hands tied behind your back and you're not going to be successful. It's extremely hard to be successful." Interview, David Brancaccio, Now with Bill Moyers.

7 Nov 2003 Moscow offices of the Soros Foundation stormed by forty armed men who seize papers and seal the building, after Soros criticized the recent jailing of one of Russia's oligarchs, Mikhail Khodorkovsky of oil company Yukos. The building's owner claims rent was not being paid, an unlikely explanation.

Soros quote: "America under Bush, is a danger to the world. And I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is," he declared in announcing that he would spend more than $15 million of his personal wealth to defeat the president.”

“Having amassed a multi-billion dollar financial empire in true capitalist style (i.e. international currency speculation), Mr. Soros now contends that "capitalism and the spread of market values" is the No. 1 threat to "open and democratic society."

Now that he's a billionaire, he says: "I consider the threat from the laissez-faire side more potent today than the threat from totalitarian ideologies."
…………………………..

“When it comes to military intervention, Mr. Soros has been far from consistent. He praises Bill Clinton's decision to use military force to topple the regime of Slobodan Milosevic despite the absence of United Nations backing.
But when it comes to the Bush presidency, he declares himself profoundly opposed to the Bush administration's policies, not only in Iraq but altogether.”

“While Mr. Soros seeks to portray himself as a mainstream philanthropist who cares deeply about people, the record reveals him as an arch-typical limousine liberal who lives according to standards far different than those he seeks to impose on others.

But nowhere is Mr. Soros' hypocrisy more transparent than his recent double take on campaign finance reform. Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing through the enactment of the so-called Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002, Mr. Soros was one of the leading proponents of the campaign finance reform.

Now, however, Mr. Soros has apparently had a change of heart. Having succeeded in restricting the fund raising and spending activities of political candidates and political parties, Mr. Soros has found a way to skirt the very laws he helped enact in order to advance his personal political agenda. He has committed up to $5 million to MoveOn.org, an organization that airs ads and organizes rallies denouncing the president's policies at home and abroad.

To date, Mr. Soros says he has spent upwards of $15.5 million to oust Mr. Bush, and he's prepared to spend even more.

Of course, there's no outcry from the liberal establishment and media elites that worked so hard to impose the reforms that Mr. Soros once supported. To these so-called reformers, Mr. Soros' goal of defeating Mr. Bush is paramount to standing on principle.

In George Soros' world, the ends always seem to justify the means. His blind hatred of Mr. Bush motivates him and the groups he supports.

Soros may soon be reminded that he is a mere mortal after all, as he'll soon see his plans coming to naught.

This evil creep reminds me of the Biblical Heman and will get the same end.

The wicked consumes their own and the Lord confounds the plans of wicked.

If Soros does this,he is guilty of a crime because this will be interpreted as an attack against the United States.I've been suspicious for some time now watching the markets numbers take plummets that there is no accounting for.

Quick question. Doesn't attacking the Market make an individual guilty of Treason? To manipulate to cause an economic crisis and cause a lot of people to lose - big time, it would seem that said person should be in jail!

Actually, I agree with you 100%. I think I may have misread the original post. The writer used the term "allow to happen" which I took to mean we must do something to prevent him spending his money to defeat Bush. I think he just meant we should counter him with letter writing, speaking out, etc. But, my point is, given his record it would be wonderful for the Dems to use him since once it comes to light what kind of worm they are taking money from it will backfire.

Ok, I believe everything you say. If the Brits hate Soros then it appears the Brits know who damaged their pound. So, if he does it in the US, just before the election and it is that obvious who is doing it, then it would seem to me it will be somewhat self defeating. No one has made it more clear than Soros he hates Bush and is supporting the Democrats. So, I hardly believe Bush would get blamed for it. I am not that familiar with the British Economy, but I have to believe that an amount of money that might cause a hiccup in the British economy would hardly cause a ripple in the US economy. We must be at least 5 to 10 times the size.

OK OK OK, It is obvious I need to read my postings more carefully before I hit the button. I agree with you 100%. I did not mean in any way that a letter writing campaign would infringe on his free speech. I misinterpreted the original post and thought the writer was suggesting someone take legal action to stop him. That is what I was disagreeing with, but in reading the original posting again I see that is NOT what the poster was suggesting. I think letter writing, demonstrations, political action, etc by Republicans in the last 4 years has made a huge difference in the dynamic of the election process. It has pissed off the Democrats because they don't own that territory anymore, and it made all the difference in Florida in 2000. I support it enthusiastically!!!!!!
