Two of the fighters who took part in defending Bosnian Muslims from Serbs and Croats in 1995 were young Saudis named Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar. They went on to play an organizing role in the Sept. 11 attacks and died on the hijacked plane that crashed into the Pentagon.

Mr. Monday, over the last 10 years we've had hundreds of thousands of American soldiers stationed at various times in Bosnia, Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo--or as you put it--"AL QUEDA STATE IN EUROPE". A nice, fat, target-rich environment just waiting for some jihadist to strap on the old bomber belt and take out some infidels enroute to collecting all those virgins. But it hasn't happened! Not even one time. How to explain? Is it that Al Qaeda is not dangerous or or or could it be that they aren't even there? I know that would contradict Serb intelligence officials, but then again maybe that should have been your first clue.
