Maybe Kay didn't see this evidence.

My guess is that Kay was turned loose to find the WMD in Iraq, but was not given access to previous, pre-war intel, nor was he receiving sufficient support -- I read somewhere, that was the real reason he quit.

This whole topic has bothered me. For some reason now ALL the intelligence going back to the 90's is/was faulty? I don't even think Hans Blix believes this. Because large "Stockpiles" have not been "Found" means that every bit of intelligence was wrong? What ever happened to the other opinions such as it is still hidden somewhere in Iraq or it was moved to Syria? It just seems to convienent to just dismiss all the intelligence as being "Bad" just because the ends don't justify the means.
