No offense meant to ANYONE, but I had to laugh when I read that West Virgina was edged out.
I mean all, those West Virgina 'teeth jokes' are now obsolete. However on the plus side, we'll have tons of NEW Kentucky jokes!

I'm not disputing the report but these reports deal with what something might be ideally.If people want to spend a silly fortune on filling cavities,root canals,crowns and etc.that's their perogative.If your teeth are gone then so are your unnecessary expenses,pain and worries of vanity.Get rid of them and get some falsies.All you going to do is use them to eat.
