The Clintoon's actions have been confusing to me. I was assuming that they wanted Hill as Pres.

But maybe they realize that won't happen, she cannot be elected.

But she sure can be appointed as Chief Justice.

I'm assuming they wanted Hill as Pres. I think their ultimate goal is one world order and Hitlery in charge. Than they will go after Christains and whoever doesn't agree with them.
