Sure as heck looks like more administration fear mongering. Got to keep the sheepster thinking they are under attack while the crooks rob the bank. Anyone who thinks that AQ is going to jump on a plane from Paris to NYC when they can fly to Mexico and walk across the border anytime they want just isn't thinking.
