This ignores the real time reality that Bush already if the greatest military leader of my lifetimeWRONG!!!!! The senior commanders and the troops are the greatest military leaders. The President is the civilian authority and the civilian authority only. Only dictators dress up in uniform and play general and this President does not do that.
