The Inquisition was not Christianity. It was a political body. Interestingly, it looked like a pocket version of todays Saudi Justice system...

The Old Testament is filled with all kinds of violence.
The Old Testament can be understood properly only through the Gospel. Unfortunately you are ignorant about it. Anyway, violence is sometimes unavoidable. For example, when you face a mad, deceitful and suicidal Koran follower.

If the Inquisition were to have begun around 1953, you might well compare it to the excesses of Islam today. furthermore, the Inquisition was largely an intra-christian opearation. The Inquisition did not demand death for Jews and Hindoos.

Furthermore, if you do not stop spreading your uninformed, and possibly heretical nonsense, the Pope, or Queen of England, or John Calvin will have you burned at the stake? I don't think so.
