...is now also defending convicted multiple Killer KEVIN COOPER against Gov. ARNOLD's properly executing him 21 years after this Killer's dastardly deed.

...Yesterday Gov. ARNOLD refused to commute KEVIN COOPER's Feb. 10th execution, saying...

.."I have carefully weighed the claims presented in KEVIN COOPER's plea for clemency. Everything establishing his guilt is overwhelming, and his conversion to faith and his mentoring of others, while commendable, do not diminish the cruelty and destruction he has inflicted on so many. His is not a case for clemency."

...Two days after escaping from a Chino prison in June 1983, COOPER hacked Doug and Peggy Ryan, both 41, their 10 year-old daughter, Jessica, and 11 year-old house guest Christopher Hughes to death with a hatchet and a buck knife.

...His throat slashed, the family's then 8 year-old son, Josh, was the only survivor.

...The CLINTONS' Defending Att. LANNY DAVIS announced he will file an appeal with the California State Supreme Court on Monday.

I am glad that Mr Cooper has found religion-good for him. But he still must be punished for what he did. His religion will be a comfort to him as they strap him down and let him die a more merciful death than he gave his victims.

He still needs to be executed and it should have come years ago before he happened to "come to Jesus". That he has found religion means he can be at peace when his end comes. His execution will not be a fiendish murder the way he killed four others.

I find it interesting that the same people who fight to save a black person on death row did not scream too loud when blonde haired, blue eyed Timothy McVey was put to death. And Timothy McVey was tried and executed rather quickly compared to others. Maybe it was because he killed more? Who knows?

Sunday = 3 Judge Panel of the 11th Circuit said "NO" to a clemency hearing for multi-Murderer KEVIN COOPER

Monday = 11 Judge Panel of the 11th Circuit said "YES" to a clemency hearing for multi-Murder KEVIN COOPER

Monday = California Attorney General LOCKYEAR will appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the 11th Circuit Court Ruling ..today with this execution now on hold.

...The U.S. Supreme Court is in the habit of overturning the Ninth Ciruit Rulings in Death Penalty Cases. It's ruling could come today.
If not, then a clemency hearing could start before the 11th Circuit in 2 to 3 days.

The 11 Member Panel of the 9th Circuit is now in session reviewing KEVIN COOPER's Case, out of consideration for the one desenting judge opinion of its 3 Judge Panel that told KEVIN COOPER "No" to a Clemency Hearing.

California Attorney-General LOCKYEAR has appealed COOPER's excution stay to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The 9th Circuit could cancel the Execution Stay or decide to have a clemency hearing to be held in a day or so.

The U.S. Supreme Court could cancel COOPER's Stay, in which case tonight's Execution Stay will proceed, or not.

The Ninth Circuit has just rule for a new Clemency Hearing for KEVIN COOPER.

A Law School Professor is now stating on KFI's 'JOHN and KEN' Talk Radio Show that U.S. Supreme Court Justice SANDRA DAY O'CONNOR on her own can over rule the 9th Circuit's Stay of Execution. She can also check with the other Justices by phone first.

...JOHN and KEN are now checking into how soon the Excecution Process can be started back up after the Supreme Court overrules
the 9th's Stay.

The Ninth Circuit HAS already ruled 9-2, not on a Clemency Hearing, but rather have ruled to send the KEVIN COOPER Court Case back to the San Diego Federal Court where it started, to look at supposed "New" evidence.


Thus the entire KEVIN COOPER Court Process....

...begins A-NEW.

...This nullifie's California Attorney-General LOCKYEAR's Appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court this afternoon.

...We are now awaiting word on whether LOCKYEAR is filing a new Appeal against this new 9th Circuit Ruling. Past history shows that the U.S. Supreme Court tends to NOT get involved in this type of ruling.

...We await LOCKYEAR.

This is now a battle between the 9th and the Supremes.

Either the U.S. Supreme Court rules between now and Midnight West Coast Time to lift the 9th Circuit's Stay of Execution in the KEVIN COOPER Case...

...or it goes on for months and months and perhaps years because of the 9th Circuit's 2nd Ruling today.

The 9th Circuit would rule a Bolognie Sandwich "New" Evidence enough to stop the U.S. Government from executing a prisoner.

This sounds a lot like Friend of CLINTON Judge STEPHEN "No Under GOD Pledge of Allegiance" REINHARDT Trick to me.

Reports now are that LOCKYEAR has appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court to immediately rule that what the 9th Circuit just did was OUTSIDE NORMAL PROCEDURES and that...

KEVIN COOPER sould be executed at Midnight West Coast Time tonight.

The 2 desenting 9th Circuit Judges to the 9th Circuit's 2nd Ruling today actually stated that it doesn't matter if KEVIN COOPER is guilty or innocent, that a 1996 law prevents interfering in a death penalty case like the 9th just did. This law was passed to expedite death penalty cases in California like the KEVIN COOPER multi-Murder Case.

...45 Minutes ago the U.S. Supreme Court sent a message back that it will...

...NOT intervene in the 9th Circuit's Stay of multi-Killer KEVIN COOPER's Execution.

...He will now start out all over again in San Diego Federal Court.

...Chino Hills and Chino Valley weep for tears this night and for the months and years to come.
