Everything establishing his guilt is overwhelming, and his conversion to faith and his mentoring of others, while commendable, do not diminish the cruelty and destruction he has inflicted on so many. ...Two days after escaping from a Chino prison in June 1983, COOPER hacked Doug and Peggy Ryan, both 41, their 10 year-old daughter, Jessica, and 11 year-old house guest Christopher Hughes to death with a hatchet and a buck knife.

...His throat slashed, the family's then 8 year-old son, Josh, was the only survivor.

...The CLINTONS' Defending Att. LANNY DAVIS announced he will file an appeal with the California State Supreme Court on Monday.

After a Roman Catholic Bishop is seen calling on Gov. ARNOLD to see that the Death Penalty is wrong, in "True" Anti-Division between Church and State fashion, this particular JACKSON is seen comparing Gov. ARNOLD's not seeing new KEVIN COOPER evidence to BUSH's saying there's WMD in Iraq.

The mother of one of the kids who was killed was on O'Reilly last night. Where's the justice for his dead kid.

I think in Cal we are getting 20+ death sentences per year and 1 or fewer executions. All that crap going into the system and no one flushing.
